I am applying for a Apple developer account and got a warning info as shown below:

1. Those who have already applied for the personal identification information of the developer account can no longer apply for it, and must be changed to another person to apply.

2. The device (iphone, ipad, etc.) that has already applied for a developer account cannot be applied again, and must be applied on a new device.
